didn't have something more in line with their sworn duties, they have now sent a
"cease and desist" letter to a Mr. Docter to stop planting flower bulbs in run down flower boxes he has repaired in a prominent location in an effort to beautify the city. Couldn't they do something that would make more sense and be worthy of their calling like throwing some Congressmen or other public officials in jail for absconding/wasting taxpayers hard earned money?
