3 Article Reviews About Motivational Exercise, Body Envy, and ...

Nothing?s Easy If You Want To Get Fit and Healthy

I?ve found an interesting article in Daily Burn pointing out that exercise and the discipline entailed to it is not an easy thing.

The author of the article, Kate Brown, listed some action plans that are not easy as what other people think it is. First and foremost, pushing the body beyond the limit is the most challenging part of your exercise. It is the circumstance that you are trying to surpass yourself and be greater that your usual self.

Many people love nachos and it is not easy to avoid this food when many people eat it in front of you. Moreover, Kate indicated that running or exercise after work is difficult to do when you?re thinking that your co-workers are enjoying their happy hours. Besides that, managing the stress from work is not also easy as 1,2,3.

Kate?s main point is that nothing is easy in this world. We are all given a set of challenges before we can achieve something. And this same goes to being fit and healthy. However, once you are already in the top of your goal, all the hard work and sacrifice are really worth it. It is the most satisfying feeling that you could experience in this world.

Fighting the Feeling of Body Envy

According to Lisa Johnson, people have their respective insecurities within their selves and one of that is body envy. Even Lisa has hers too. This is the subject of her recent article in her blog post.

While watching the TV show ?Smash?, Lisa really gets jealous with the body of Debrah Messing. Although she is already fit and satisfied with her body, she cannot erase to her head the feeling of insecurity. So, she frequently thinks about why this feeling always strikes her. In these cases, she just rationalized the fact that these fit and fab celebrities have more resources than her.

So Lisa continued to think of ways on how to fight this urge. This urge stopped until she realized that the outer appearance is not the only factor for judging a person. There are many factors to consider in liking or envying a person. Some of these are cleverness, warm hearts, and generosity. So don?t get caught up with self-love and stop the negativity within you. Take note that you also have qualities and attributes that others don?t have.
